What Inspired You to Start Writing About Your Travels

I’ve been traveling since I was a young girl. My parents took my sister and me on a trip around the world when I was eight, and we’ve been hooked ever since. Traveling is such an amazing experience; it broadens your horizons and teaches you so much about different cultures and people.

I’ve always loved writing, so combining my two passions seemed like the natural thing to do. I started my travel blog, The Wanderlust Chronicles, in 2013 as a way to share my experiences with family and friends (and anyone else who might be interested). It’s been such a great outlet for me – not only do I get to relive my adventures through writing about them, but I also get to connect with other like-minded travelers from all over the world.

If you’re thinking of starting a travel blog, or any kind of blog for that matter, just go for it! It can be daunting at first, but once you get into the swing of things it’s really enjoyable – and rewarding too.

I’ve received a lot of feedback from my readers and it’s been overwhelmingly positive. People have enjoyed the content of my blog and have found it to be helpful, insightful and enjoyable to read. What are Your Future Plans for Your Travel Writing

I have many plans for my future travel writing. I would like to continue to explore new and interesting places, and to write about my experiences in a way that is both informative and entertaining. I also hope to inspire others to travel and to see the world in new ways.

In addition to continuing to write about my own travels, I would also like to start working on some longer-term projects. I am interested in writing a guidebook or series of articles about a particular destination or region. I would also like to use my skills as a travel writer to help promote responsible tourism practices.
