Tip 1 – Limit your Carb Intake

One of the biggest misconceptions there is, and you will heard that all the time, is that the body or the brain need carbs.


It’s true that carbs will provide a quick energy supply, easy to use.

However, the health of the organs is maintained with Glucose. And glucose can be of course obtain from carbs, but also from fat and protein, that convert into glucose. This process is called gluconeogenesis.

The less carb you eat, the more your body will be able to use its fat for energy, which will result in a ft burning process.

Don’t know which aliments contain carbs? Easy.

Just look at every sticker behind every aliment, you will most of the time see if the aliment contain carbs.

You should calculate and eat less than 50g of carbs per day

Pay attention, when I talk you about carbs, I don’t take into account only simple sugars.

I’m talking also about complex carbohydrates such as rice or potatoes, all carbs except these from green veggies or veggies.

If you REALLY want carbs such as rice, pastas, potatoes, be sure to only eat these before or after training, or only in very small amount.

Don’t worry you are just making a transition right now; you will be able to reintroduce them later.

Tip 2 – Drink More Green Tea and Coffee

Green tea contains something called EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate) that speeds up your metabolism after drinking it.

A study in an issue of the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition has shown that green tea activates the body’s thermogenic fat-burning activity.

Moreover, green tea contains caffeine in it, and the association with the EGCG increase even more your metabolic rate.

As regards Coffee, The higher is your metabolic rate, the easier it is for you to burn fat and eat what you desire.

Coffee contains a lot of caffeine, which can increase the metabolic rate up to 11%.

Tip 3 – Avoid Fructose


Even if organic fruits can be good to your health to an extend for all the vitamins, fibers…, if you want to lose fat, limit your fruits intake.

You really have to know that fructose is a type of sugar which can only be metabolized by the liver, and its job it to get rid of it by transforming it (except if you are totally carb depleted) into fat, and then adding that ft to your fat cells.

If you still want a lot of vitamins, put the emphasis on green vegetables, which are awesome for your health and you fat loss.

Tip 4 – Perform Exercises and Cardio in a Fasted State

When you do cardio during the morning in a fasted state, your body will be able to use more of your fat for fuel.

Some researches even show that you will be able to burn up to 20% more fat.

If you decide let’s say to eat 100g of carbs before your cardio ritual, you will use that a source of energy, so it will make little to no difference, if you really want to burn fat.

Tip 5 – A Good Diet is the Real key to Lose Weight Fast

However, even if you combine both cardio and weight training, the real key is having (and keeping!) a good diet.

Every day I see plenty of people who train a lot, doing cardio and/or weight training BUT still hold on a lot of fat.


Because they have a very poor diet.

You can’t lose a lot of weight if you go crazy about food.

You have to create a caloric deficit: eat less calories (around 500-700) than you burn per day and you will see very fast results.

And sodium is like a snake: sometimes you don’t see it coming. You think you are eating clean because you are eating frozen organic green vegetables? Think again.

They are packed with tons of sodium, because they are frozen foods.

Limit yourself to 1,5mg of sodium per day, and you will be fine.

# Try to Eat Less Meat

People are often confused on the fact they need to eat meat in order to have proteins.


Proteins are absolutely necessary to survive, but meat is totally not necessary. Eating meat puts a lot of pressure on yourself for your digestion, and the less meat you will eat, the more it will help to reduce your risk of heart disease.

There is no need to go into veganism either. Just replace the meat by eating fish and eggs, if you still want to keep animal protein sources.

And if you still want to eat meat, please try to avoid at all costs sausages and bacon.

2# Eat very little (or do fasting) for the Following Meal

If you had a very good meal, full of calories, you really have to pay attention for the meal that follows it.

Don’t eat like a lion or a caveman all day long, or you will definitely pack a lot of fat.

The best thing you can do, is intermittent fasting. Just eat your cheat day, and then fast for at least a 12 hour period. Drink a lot of water during the whole day.

It is not just about getting fatter. It is also related about your health. Being fat and being healthy are two separate things, even if of course they can be linked together.

You can be slim and still be in a very bad health. So pay attention.

Also, the more cheat meals you have, the more you will crave for it.  Sugar is, for example, one of the brain’s favorite drugs. The more sugar you eat, the more reward mechanism you send to your brain, the more it will crave for it.
